MonmouthResourceNet.org was developed for Monmouth Cares, Inc. Monmouth Cares is a private non-profit agency that is part of the New Jersey Division of Behavioral Health Services (DCBHS) System of Care for Children. They are a Care Management Organization that uses a wraparound model to help children and families.
The online resource directory was developed as a free web tool providing a wide range of information about support, resources, and services for families in Monmouth County. There is an administrative area for Monmouth Cares staff to maintain all directory information, links, events, and content.
We are currently working with other county organizations in New Jersey to build companion sites.
